Migration 8.3.0 >> 8.4.0 - Blank screen, no log entry

Question
The migrate wizard starts well. Pressing start brings a white screen and I couldn't find any corresponding log (debug). Did anybody experience the same issue? Or have a hint for identifying the problem?
