Line item tax not getting saved

While creating a purchase if iam adding a bigger list of line items then some items are not getting properly saved in inventoryrel table and some tax are getting in as 0 even if its getting sent perfectly.

Increase the following php.ini values:

post_max_size = 12M

max_input_vars = 50000

That should help.
