I'm having trouble trying to create a ticket from the customer portal.
Since when trying to save the information it tells me: "The record does not exist"
As reviewed it is as if the application does not have access to the function saveRecord($module, $values, $recordId = false)
of class Vtiger_PortalBase_Connector
