I create multiple events for each lead in my CRM, tracking its lifecycle, like Call attempt 1, folllo uo call, watsapp discussion, AI calls, in person meeting. ANd i need to track summary of each event , in a chronological order, so that I can refer the same summary , even after months, and get to know what all interactions were done with this lead.
