impossible get user information in Vtiger CRM workflow for users not admin

hi, in my vtiger 7.5.0 is not possibile get and use user's information in workflow. for example in potentials i need to populate a new field textarea with a custom message like "Hi Leadname, i'm Andrea and my phone number is 123456789".Obviously these information are in user profile's fields and are correctly saved because this works perfectly for admin but not for other users with different profi

Check if non-admin users have access to the user module and relevant fields. You need to adjust role/profile settings in the CRM to grant read access.
