Workflow e-mail and group assignment

Question
Before the last updates our workflows worked perfectly when using $(assigned_user_id : (Users) email1) in combination with group assignment. If our support group was assigned to a ticket we all got an e-mail when a new ticket was created. The workflow is still OK, it works when assigning a single user.

We also noticed we can no longer use a nice display name in the from field:

We had similar issue, so it may or may not be related to yours. Our use case as follows:

Assumptions:
* There is a workflow which will trigger an email to record Assigned To.
* Cron job Workflow runs every 15 minutes (You can check that under CRM Settings > Automation > Scheduler.)
* Cron job Workflow last ran at 08:00am.

08:01am: Ticket is created/updated and the Assigned To is Support Group.
08:01am: Workflow queues email to be sent to the Support Group.
08:05am: Ticket is updated and re-assigned to User A.
08:15am: The Cron job runs and sends out the queued email. (This email would be sent to the User A, because right before the email is sent, Vtiger CRM has this function, where it will take the current Assigned To user/group and 'refresh the recipient'. In our case, since the Ticket is assigned to the user now, the email was sent to the user.

If you would have updated the ticket and re-assigned to the User A at 8:17am, the original email would have gone out to support group (current record assigned to).

The fix for that is:
File: modules/com_vtiger_workflow/tasks/VTEmailTask.inc
Lines: 48-49. Comment out this code (add // in front )

//$et = new VTEmailRecipientsTemplate($this->recepient);
//$to_email = $et->render($entityCache, $entity->getId());

Hope that helps
