Unable to create a new module

I have create a totally new Ubuntu24.04 with Vtiger8.3.
But i not able to use console.php to create a new custom module.

admin@localhost:~$ cd /var/www/html/ther/vtlib/tools/
admin@localhost:/var/www/html/ther/vtlib/tools$ php -f console.php
admin@localhost:/var/www/html/ther/vtlib/tools$

above is my code, once i press Enter, there is nothing happen.

Any idea on this part?

Add this require_once __DIR__.'/../../vendor/autoload.php'; in Console.php file before "chdir(dirname(__FILE__) . '/../..');
